Back to School, Back to Fitness…

From September 3rd to 30th, the Challenge is to be active at least 5 times per week, for at least 30 minutes and it will be your choice of workout whether it be cardio, strength training, active release, stretching, yoga, pool workout, foam rolling (SMR), or any type of indoor or outdoor physical activity that gets you moving and feeling good is for the challenge. This is the best time to get back in the swing of things regarding health and fitness right after the summer break.
